Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping on every order to every country, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Saturday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.

  • If an item is backordered or requires verification, we’ll email you right away.

Delivery estimates

Timeframes include processing + transit and can vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Europe (EU/UK): 7–14 business days

  • Latin America: 10–20 business days

  • Asia–Pacific: 10–20 business days

  • Africa & Middle East: 12–22 business days

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking by email/SMS when your order ships. You can also track any order here: Track Your Order.

Split shipments

To deliver faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Customs, duties & taxes

Shipping is free. Local duties/taxes (if any) are not included and may be collected by your country’s customs. We cannot mark packages as “gift.”

Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Need a change before shipment? Email info@jona-store.com with subject “Address Change – Order #XXXX.”

  • Packages returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address can be reshipped once corrected (reship postage may apply).

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

  • Marked delivered but not received: check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If it hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, contact us.

  • Stuck in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, we’ll open a carrier investigation.

  • Damaged on arrival: contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and the shipping box so we can help quickly.

Order edits & cancellations

We can modify or cancel an order before it ships. After shipment, please see our Returns & Exchanges.

Shipping restrictions

We comply with carrier and export regulations and cannot ship to sanctioned/embargoed countries or send prohibited/hazardous items.
