Free worldwide shipping
We offer free shipping on every order to every country, with no minimum purchase.
Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET begin processing the next business day.

If an item is backordered or requires verification, we’ll email you right away.
Delivery estimates
Timeframes include processing + transit and can vary due to weather, customs, or carrier delays.

United States: 5–10 business days

Tracking
You’ll receive tracking by email/SMS when your order ships. You can also track any order here: Track Your Order.
Split shipments
To deliver faster, we may ship items separately at no extra cost. Each package will have its own tracking number.
Customs, duties & taxes
Shipping is free. Local duties/taxes (if any) are not included and may be collected by your country’s customs. We cannot mark packages as “gift.”
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Need a change before shipment? Email info@jona-store.com with subject “Address Change – Order #XXXX.”

Packages returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address can be reshipped once corrected (reship postage may apply).
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Marked delivered but not received: check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If it hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, contact us.

Stuck in transit: if tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, we’ll open a carrier investigation.

Damaged on arrival: contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and the shipping box so we can help quickly.
Order edits & cancellations
We can modify or cancel an order before it ships. After shipment, please see our Returns & Exchanges.
Shipping restrictions
We comply with carrier and export regulations and cannot ship to sanctioned/embargoed countries or send prohibited/hazardous items.
