RETURN, REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

At JonaStore™ (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are committed to providing quality products with fair and transparent policies. This policy governs all purchases made through https://jona-store.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.





📦 SHIPPING POLICY




Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing times may extend during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.




Delivery Timeframes



  • Delivery estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.
  • Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather events, address issues, and peak season congestion are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.






📍 Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility



  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After processing, changes are not guaranteed.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled.
  • JonaStore™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for delivery issues once marked delivered.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve from the carrier, the order may be:
    • Reshipped at the customer’s expense, or
    • Refunded minus original shipping, handling, and processing costs.






🚚 Carrier Responsibility & Insurance



  • Once an order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  • Orders may be insured up to $100 through the shipping carrier.
  • Insurance claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation process and timelines.
  • Customers must cooperate with carrier investigations if required. Failure to cooperate may result in claim denial.






🔁 RETURNS POLICY




Eligibility



  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, odor, damage, or misuse are not eligible.






Return Authorization Process



  1. Email info@jona-store.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the item(s)
  3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.



Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.





🚚 RETURN SHIPPING



  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • JonaStore™ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered return shipments.






Prepaid Return Labels (Courtesy Only)



If a prepaid return label is issued:


  • It is a one-time courtesy.
  • It must be used within 7 calendar days.
  • If not shipped within this timeframe:
    • Authorization is canceled
    • The label becomes void
    • A new request must be submitted and is subject to approval



Expired or unauthorized labels may result in refusal.





🔄 EXCHANGE POLICY (LIMITED)



  • Each order qualifies for one (1) exchange only.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • After one exchange, no further exchanges are permitted.
  • Size-related exchanges are considered preference-based and require customer-paid return shipping.
  • If the exchanged item is unsuitable, only a refund (if eligible) remains available.






💰 REFUND POLICY



  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned merchandise.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on financial institutions.
  • Original shipping fees (including free shipping promotions) are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may apply if items show handling, missing packaging, or non-original condition.






⚠️ RESTOCKING FEE



A 10% restocking fee may apply if:


  • Packaging or tags are missing
  • Items show signs of handling
  • Additional inspection, cleaning, or repackaging is required






🛠️ DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS



  • Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required.
  • Upon verification, we may:
    • Replace the item at no cost, or
    • Issue a refund (including return shipping when applicable).



Claims reported after 5 days may not qualify for free return shipping or replacement.





📅 DELIVERY CLAIM WINDOW



  • Claims for missing packages must be reported within 5 days of tracking showing delivered.
  • Claims submitted outside this timeframe may be denied.
  • An affidavit or additional verification may be required.






NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS



  • Worn, washed, altered, or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned outside the return window
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Items returned after use due to buyer’s remorse






🛑 ORDER CANCELLATIONS



  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled.






🛡️ CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD PROTECTION



  • Customers must contact us first to resolve issues.
  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:
    • Permanent account restriction
    • Denial of future orders

  • We reserve the right to submit:
    • Delivery confirmation
    • Carrier tracking logs
    • Order records
    • IP verification
    • Communication history



Fraudulent or abusive claims may be reported to payment processors and carriers.





⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY



JonaStore™ shall not be liable for:


  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Carrier delays or delivery errors
  • Lost or stolen packages marked delivered
  • Address errors provided by customers
  • Delays outside our control



Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.





🛡️ POLICY ENFORCEMENT



We reserve the right to deny, limit, or adjust returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.


Excessive or abusive return behavior may result in account restriction.
