Terms of Service — JonaStore™

1) Overview

This website is operated by JonaStore™ (“JonaStore,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and services.

Formation & operations: JonaStore is formed in Delaware and operates in New Jersey.

2) Eligibility & Your Account

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Services. If you allow a minor to use the site, you are responsible for their activity. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and keep it updated. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3) Store & Product Terms

We may limit sales to any person, household, region, or jurisdiction and may limit quantities. Colors/images are shown as accurately as possible, but your device may affect display. Descriptions, pricing, and availability may change without notice; products may be discontinued at any time.

4) Orders, Pricing, Taxes

We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders (including those using the same account, card, or address). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you via the contact details provided at checkout. Prices are shown in your selected store currency and taxes/fees are displayed at checkout. For international orders, you’re responsible for import duties/taxes where applicable (see Shipping Policy).

5) Payments; Buy Now, Pay Later (if used)

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If you choose a buy now, pay later option (e.g., Shop Pay Installments), your use of that service is subject to the provider’s terms, including any credit checks. Disputes about installment plans are between you and the BNPL provider.

6) Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals (if used)

If you purchase a subscription, it auto-renews each billing period until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancel anytime: via your account or by emailing info@jona-store.com at least [X] days before renewal. Unless required by law, partial periods aren’t prorated.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping, delivery windows, and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver items to the carrier.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Refund Policy explains return windows, conditions, and how to start a return.
EU/UK consumers: You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable statutory rights.

9) Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Promotions are time-limited and may carry additional terms. Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and may not be combined. Gift cards are non-refundable and not reloadable except as required by law.

10) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for unlawful purposes; (b) infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; (d) scrape/crawl without consent; (e) spam, phish, or engage in fraud; (f) bypass security or access non-public areas.

11) User Content; Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant JonaStore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, host, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the content in any media. You represent you own/control the rights and that your content doesn’t violate law or third-party rights. We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

12) Electronic Communications; Marketing Consent (if enabled)

By creating an account, placing an order, or contacting us, you consent to transactional emails/SMS (order confirmations, updates).
Marketing: If you opt in, you consent to promotional emails/SMS. Message/data rates may apply. Frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe (SMS) or use the email unsubscribe link. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase.

13) Third-Party Services & Links

We use third-party services (payments, logistics, marketing). Their use of your information is governed by their policies. Third-party links are for convenience; we’re not responsible for their content/practices. Review third-party terms before transacting.

14) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, video, software) is owned by or licensed to JonaStore and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content without our prior written permission.

15) Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information and your rights under laws such as the GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA (where applicable), including rights of access, deletion, correction, and opting out of certain data uses.

16) Errors, Inaccuracies & Availability

Occasionally information on the site or in the Service may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability). We may correct errors and update or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without notice (including after you submit an order).

17) Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JonaStore and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the Services or products. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim or USD $100, whichever is greater (unless applicable law requires otherwise). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations; where they don’t, we limit our liability to the maximum allowed.

18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JonaStore and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

19) Export, Sanctions & Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country embargoed by the U.S. or are on any U.S., UK, or EU restricted-party list.

20) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, war, terrorism, epidemics, government actions, utility failures, or internet outages.

21) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Venue: Courts located in New Jersey (e.g., Union County) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that cannot be resolved informally or through customer support.
Nothing in this section limits consumer protections that cannot be waived by law.

If you want binding arbitration & class-action waiver for U.S. customers, tell me and I’ll add a compliant clause (or consult your attorney).

22) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
